Just enough
So this last Tuesday, I wanted to make a little gift for the Dude, Share the Food team I work with every week. I gathered up the ingredients to make a banana bread recipe I bragged about to the team and they have long awaited. With each ingredient I used, there seemed to be just enough to cover the recipe and throw away the empty container. Just enough shortening, just enough vanilla extract, just enough eggs....
