We need to get tickets and give tickets for each non perishable food item they bring. That way they can give a ticket for a plate, and 1 each for concessions. It would be easier to keep up with when someone needed to pay. I thought the youth did an excellent job with their willingness to work the concessions and stay and help tear down! Also we need to add something fun each time like a space jump or slide ( of course only how finances allow us to do that) I look forward to doing this again I like the once a month idea through the fall. I will be bringing my Karaoke set up for the next one as well.

I thought the movie event was fabulous...even if the weather was a little chilly!!! I definitely will work on better advertisement as I think many thought it was just a youth event. All who attended seemed to have a great time!! What movie are you thinking about for next time??? I also agree wtih Alyshia in that the youth did a wonderful job! Their willingness to participate in all aspects of the event was key!

Sorry I missed it - spent the Day with Dude downtown. Can we try to schedule things seperately so we do not have to chioce what we can do in one day. Would have loved to be there. Keep up the good work !!!!
